Job Overview
Join our innovative, fully remote team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, where your expertise in B2C marketing will drive customer retention and enhance revenue growth. This full-time position requires availability during EU hours (GMT) and is ideal for individuals passionate about direct-response marketing and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate retention strategies aimed at elevating customer loyalty, increasing lifetime value, and generating consistent back-end revenue. You will collaborate with a talented team of over 30 professionals, employing data-driven methods to design, test, and refine programs that solidify customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and optimizing impactful email and SMS campaigns designed to engage, retain, and win back customers.
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and Average Order Value (AOV).
- Establishing and tracking retention-focused KPIs to evaluate success and inform adjustments.
- Managing and refining our loyalty program to offer compelling rewards and personalized incentives.
- Developing automated workflows that engage customers throughout their journey.
- Conducting A/B testing to refine campaigns, messaging, and offers for optimal results.
- Segmenting audiences to tailor messaging based on customer data effectively.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention, or email marketing within a B2C context.
- Proficiency in managing large databases (1M+ contacts preferred) and familiarity with customer communication platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable goal achievement.
- Strategic thinking abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent time management skills for effective prioritization of multiple projects.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to completing tasks.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have a successful track record in product launches, email campaigns, and customer acquisition. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
