Role Overview:
As an LLM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in generating consistently high-quality and accurately labeled data to facilitate the training of our Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms. You will collaborate closely with our technical staff to create datasets for model training, benchmarking, and overall advancement. Your contributions will be instrumental in improving our products and services by ensuring the highest quality and accuracy of labeled data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate code examples, offer precise solutions, and provide meticulous corrections in Python, Rust, JavaScript, C/C++, Java, and Go to support AI model training initiatives.
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated code, ensuring it adheres to industry standards for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Produce detailed documentation that simplifies advanced coding techniques for AI training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions, meeting enterprise-level quality and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of at least one of Python, Rust, JavaScript, C/C++, Java, or Go, with a solid foundation in software development practices.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on industry experience with a proven track record in software development.
- Extensive experience with a wide array of tools and systems such as Databases, SQL, Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, gRPC, and AWS.
- Strong grasp of system fundamentals, including threads versus processes, multiprocessing versus concurrency, etc.
- Proficiency in shell scripting with terminal tools such as bash, zsh, and environment variable management.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High reputation on platforms like StackOverflow.
- Evidence of meaningful contributions to open source projects.
- Success in programming competitions, e.g., a high rating on Codeforces or achievements in the ICPC.
Additional Requirements:
- Adaptability and strong logical reasoning skills applicable to various scenarios.
- Attention to detail and a fast learner with experience in computers and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
