Llm Lead Genai Engineer (Remote)

• Lead Client Engagements: Manage and lead GenAI client projects, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver high value.
• Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Conduct business analysis and gather requirements to design workflows and solutions tailored to client needs in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Technical Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and maintain a technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with project goals and emerging industry trends.
• Research & Innovation: Continuously study the latest in LLM research and implement new methodologies, enhancing our technical capabilities and creating added value for clients.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning project leadership, especially in client-facing roles.
• Strong skills in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and align them with a strategic technical roadmap.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest LLM research topics and practical experience implementing these advancements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively showcase technical solutions to clients.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a consulting or client engagement role within the AI/ML domain.
• Familiarity with popular LLM frameworks and hands-on implementation experience.
