Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of our credit card products, emphasizing key selling points and unique advantages.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer’s financial goals and preferences, tailoring product recommendations accordingly.
Present and promote credit card offerings effectively, addressing customer inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism.
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Service, to optimize sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the credit card market, adapting sales approaches as needed.
Uphold compliance standards and ethical practices in all interactions with customers, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Familiarity with credit card products, financial services, or related industries preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and relationship-building abilities.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs and sales opportunities.
