What You will be Doing

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and identifying areas for improvement

Compile, analyze, and present operational data and reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing service performance

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability within the team

Liaise with internal and external customers to address inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service reliability

Address and resolve operational issues and service disruptions promptly, working closely with relevant stakeholders to minimize impact on service delivery.

Who is our Right Fit

Degree in any discipline

Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in the Supply Chain or related industries

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with initiative

Fresh graduate with a proactive attitude will also be considered
