Job Title: Luxury Coastal Real Estate Sales LeaderJob Type: Full Time/Fully RemoteSalary:R30 000 – R35 000 Based on experience plus commissionOverview: Remote Recruitment, is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead their dynamic international sales program. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to represent two prestigious projects, both offering luxury boutique second homes in beachside destinations. These developments epitomize coastal living, combining exquisite design, ocean views, and world-class amenities.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Presenting the project to clients across multiple communication platforms, including video calls, sales calls, WhatsApp, and email. Ensuring each new lead is appropriately managed and followed up within 24 hours.
- Effectively managing the CRM system (Pipedrive) to ensure that all critical information is recorded and organized within each client’s deal. This includes maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions, preferences, and transaction details to provide a detailed view of each deal.
- Consistently monitoring data and trends within the CRM system to identify opportunities for optimizing sales strategies and improving overall sales performance. This involves conducting detailed analyses of client interactions, transaction histories, and behavioral patterns to identify valuable insights.
- Providing regular reports and insights to senior management and the developer to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and the on-site development team to align sales activities and minimize misunderstandings.
- Leading and managing the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in the real estate, travel, or hospitality industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRMs and standard sales software platforms, such as Pipedrive, or similar tools, ensuring efficient management of client data and sales processes.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a professional approach.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients, and availability during European working hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building warm relationships with clients and the internal team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to improve sales strategies and processes.
Team: The candidate will be hired by Remote Recruitment, who manage all aspects of sales, marketing, and branding for the projects. The successful candidate will play a key role within the sales and marketing teams:
- Answering directly to the Director.
- Working alongside the Marketing Manager.
- Supported by the Sales Administrator.
- Liaising with the project team, including the Project Coordinator, Development Manager, and Project Architect.
