Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for luxury and the drive to close high-value deals? We are seeking a Sales Manager who can skillfully sell luxury yacht charters in Dubai. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid model while delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. You will play a crucial role in generating bookings, organizing personalized yacht experiences, and managing every aspect of the client’s journey, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, your main objective will be to drive revenue by closing luxury yacht charter bookings and upselling premium services. You’ll work with an exclusive portfolio of yachts, curating bespoke experiences tailored to the needs of affluent clientele. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, all while building strong client relationships and proactively identifying potential challenges to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify & Acquire Clients: Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, driving new charter bookings.
– Organize & Customize Yacht Charters: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, offering tailored yacht charters and luxury add-ons like private chefs, water sports, and entertainment.
– Close Deals & Maximize Sales: Utilize proven sales techniques to close high-ticket deals, negotiate terms confidently, and achieve sales targets.
– Upsell Additional Services: Maximize the value of each booking by proactively offering premium add-ons and experiences that enhance the client’s overall luxury journey.
– Apply a Problem-Solving Approach: Use an “inversion mindset” to anticipate and avoid potential client issues, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
– Team Collaboration & Milestone Achievement: Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective targets, contributing to both individual and team milestone bonuses.
– Build Long-Term Client Relationships: Maintain consistent follow-ups, provide excellent post-sale service, and ensure repeat business through personalized communication.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
– Sales Experience in High-End Markets: 3+ years of experience in luxury sales (yachts, hospitality, real estate, luxury retail), handling HNW clients and high-value transactions.
– Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to build rapport, negotiate deals effectively, and close high-ticket sales with a consultative approach.
– Proactive & Results-Oriented Mindset: Ability to identify risks and challenges in the sales process and develop strategies to overcome them, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
– Adaptability & Self-Management: Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setting, with the ability to manage time efficiently and stay motivated without constant supervision.
– Luxury Market Insight: Understanding of high-net-worth clientele expectations and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences in line with luxury standards.
