M Specialist Nd Line Support (Remote)

What would your role be?

• Provide support and guidance to internal clients across national and international locations.

• Conduct analysis, troubleshoot issues, and document service management processes.

• Assist with software installations, infrastructure maintenance, including M365, and perform acceptance testing.

• Collaborate closely with 3rd level engineers and take ownership of virtual desktops and M365 applications.

• Oversee application support, particularly for M365, and contribute to its further development.

• Monitor the security of mobile devices and applications in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Participate actively in projects with both agile and traditional approaches, especially around M365 and service management.

• Manage sub-projects and contribute to successful project outcomes.

• Benefit from a hybrid working model that supports flexibility.

What are we looking for?

• A completed IT apprenticeship or comparable training; a higher technical college qualification is an advantage.

• Several years of experience in IT support or as a junior engineer, particularly in fault analysis and troubleshooting, ideally within the financial sector.

• Familiarity with operating and system monitoring is a plus.

• Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies (Citrix, Hyper-V, VDI), Windows 10/11, M365, MS Office, and mobile devices (certifications like md-102 are a bonus).

• Proficiency in Active Directory, inTunes, Exchange, network and cloud technologies, and IP telephony.

• Fluent in German and good command of written and spoken English.
