Role In a Nutshell

Reporting to the Director of Business Strategy & Operations, you will partner with different teams on cross-functional projects to ensure strategic alignment of business goals and improve operational excellence to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. You will be a crucial link between the team leads and the leadership. You will work on diverse problems and challenges to deliver on growth goals; to partner on go-to-market initiatives and overall strategy with Marketing.

This role is based in Mumbai & its a hybrid role. Candidate should be open to relocate

Desired Experience

• At least 8+ years of relevant experience at management consulting firms or investment banks; or similar BizOps experience in the technology domain.
• Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills with a solid business sense.
• Proficient in analytics and be able to develop actionable insights using data.
• Be able to multitask, prioritise, rapidly iterate and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Background and experience in technology is highly preferred.
• Experience in marketing in SaaS, and enterprise software is a plus.
• An MBA from a class A institution and an IIT or technology qualification will be a strong plus.

What will you do?

• Analyze unstructured, ambiguous and complex challenges facing the organisation making judicious use of qualitative and quantitative data; gather insights, define problems and identify underlying opportunities.
• Make compelling recommendations; develop a tactical plan to execute and translate them into results.
• Assist leadership team with planning and roadmap for growth priorities
• Lead initiatives to optimise the efforts of various teams – on strategic alignment, being analytics-driven and day-to-day operational matters if needed.
• Lead Marketing focused initiatives and special projects that are of strategic importance and highest priority for the leadership team.
• Act as a link between co-founders and function owners; build consensus amongst different stakeholders.
• Evaluate and track key performance indicators; set a culture of being data-driven across the organisation.
• Conducting business reviews & establishing a continuous feedback loop for growth initiatives in Marketing
