About the role…
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Creator Growth to lead our outbound strategies focused on creator acquisition. This individual will play a key role in driving the growth of our creator base, ensuring we bring on high-quality talent to the platform. You will design and execute email outreach campaigns, target top creators via bespoke messaging, and serve as a critical bridge between the Brand and Creator side of the business, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit for talent and brands alike.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound strategies for new creator acquisition across multiple channels, focusing on sourcing high converting creators in the fashion and beauty verticals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify talent targets suitable for our brand partners and create outbound strategies that align with broader company-wide initiatives and goals.
- Engage with the Brand side of the organization to onboard talent that will benefit brand partners’ performance on the platform.
- Create ongoing, evergreen campaigns targeted at onboarding top talent, as well as time-bound campaigns aligned with company-wide strategic initiatives (e.g. vertical & geographic expansion).
- Utilize our CRM to create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns that drive creator onboarding, acquisition, and growth.
- Own and optimize creator outreach funnels, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on acquisition metrics to continuously improve strategies and hit growth target goals.
- Stay up-to-date on creator economy trends, industry best practices, and competitive strategies to ensure ShopMy remains a leader in the space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in business development, acquisition or growth strategy, or outbound marketing, ideally within a venture-backed startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and email marketing strategies, with hands-on experience executing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to act as an intermediary between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to drive decisions and optimize growth.
- Passionate about the creator economy.
- Detail oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
