.You will manage the team that directly interacts with our existing clients and provides technical support to customers across the world with the goal to keep them satisfied with the product
.Responsibilities
- :Establish a trusted partner/advisor relationship with assigned clients and drive value with our produc
- tWork closely with customers to understand their measures of success and identify areas for improvemen
- tCreate strategies, ideas, and proposals on how to increase product adoption and usag
- eCreate strategies and ideas to increase and maintain retention rates as well as overall customer satisfactio
- nCoordinate periodic calls with selected customers to review business issue
- sEstablish excellent cross-functional relationships with other SocialPilot leaders to ensure that all SocialPilot services are deployed in a manageable and supportable wa
- yEnsure customers’ expectations are being met by internal support organization
sRequirements
- :Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job-related experience
- )Overall 6 years experience, 3+ years of experience in managing a team
- ,3+ years of experience in managing a variety of account
- sExperience in management consulting or something simila
- rStrong customer communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide timely communications to customers is vitally importan
- tAbility to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external contact
- sKnow-how of customer market working condition
- sExcellent managerial, communication and consultancy skill
- sA strong track record of success is a mus
