Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Enterprise Account Management (EAM) team to surpass quarterly objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience and the cultivation of robust client relationships.
- Monitor team performance through comprehensive reporting and forecasting.
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions to drive improvements, promote talent retention, and encourage individual development.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new policies and refine processes.
- Maintain consistency in applying business rules and practices across the team.
- Partner with leadership to tailor and deliver training initiatives for new hires and ongoing team education.
- Adapt to changing circumstances, address challenges, and respond to the evolving needs of the business.
- Inspire a supportive and growth-oriented atmosphere within the EAM team.
Required Skills
- A minimum of five years in Account Management handling large, strategic clients.
- At least five years in Sales Management with a proven history of leading teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue forecasting.
- Established reputation as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the field.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and knowledgeable in Google Suite tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, embodying the values of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
- Familiarity with Recruitment Advertising or performance-based advertising products is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record of guiding an Account Management team to exceed established quotas in a fast-paced environment.
