Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:This individual will be a part of the offshore delivery for TAX PMO team and work with onshore engagement teams on PMO of programmes Global Mobility and Global Compliance supporting clients across the globe.
- Complete understanding of the Global Mobility and Global Compliance business.
- Providing project management support to Global Mobility and Global Compliance engagements including administration, organization of project meetings and plans.
- Project governance & reporting
- Maintaining Stakeholder relation and managing project communication and project meetings.
- Financial Management: Creating financial dashboards and analyzing budget vs actual, financial forecast, profitability, work-in-progress, etc.
- Periodical status tracking
- Setting up and administration of PMO tools like MSP and Power BI.
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Complete understanding of the Global Mobility and Global Compliance business.
- Providing project management support to Global Mobility and Global Compliance engagements including administration, organization of project meetings and plans.
- Project governance & reporting

- Financial Management: Creating financial dashboards and analyzing budget vs actual, financial forecast, profitability, work-in-progress, etc.

The Individual & Expected Skills
- Supporting Design, Mobilisation and Execution of PMO activities for medium to large programmes, managing most of the dimensions of Project Management Office/ Programme management Office
- Supporting multiple workstreams to create a centralized PMO organization.
- Developing and maintaining the programme management plan, integrated master schedule, weekly and monthly reporting and financial management
- Execution of governance & reporting on programmes across dimensions of – cost, schedule, scope and RAID
- Managing programme communication, project meetings and outreach to programme teams
- Identifying, recommending and implementing the appropriate tools, methods and templates that are required within the centralized PMO organization.
- Complete handle and clarity on the commercial/ financial performance of a project/ programme
- Support creation, validation and analysis of financial dashboards – plan vs actuals, financial forecast, profitability, work-in-progress, etc
- Project scope management and reporting.
- Effectively manage project management applications and tools.
- Billing and Financial management (Reconciliation, Debtor Management, WIP Management)
- Engaging with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts
- Developing programme briefings
- Implementing Lessons Learned analysis
- Ensuring PMO services are delivered using best in class practices and methodologies
- Contributing to building PMO proposals and RFPs
- Fully support client projects including administration, organisation of project meetings and plans
Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post graduate degree from a reputed institute
- PMP, CAPM, Prince 2 Certification will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 10-14 years of work experience in project management in a leading professional services firm (e.g. international consulting firm, Big 4, IT Enabled Services Industry) or existing PMO captive
- Complete understanding of the US Taxation business
- Knowledge of Project management, Microsoft Project and Power BI.
- Ability to handle routine tasks with directions and is ready for roles on complex, challenging assignments including US Taxation (Direct & Indirect) , Transfer Pricing & Global Compliance Business
- PMO experience with competency across most of the project management knowledge areas, including Project planning, Governance, Reporting, Risk Management etc
- Work closely with Manager to monitor the engagement management support provided for client(s)
- Responsible to manage and address any inquires based on the assignee initiation
- Responsible to manage and execute compliance report.
- Responsible to oversee and manage all electronic files to ensure documentation maintained for global mobility population
- Billing and Financial management (Invoice monitoring, Debtor Management, WIP Management)
- Handling client issues or concerns related to global mobility and or escalation as needed.
- Monitor and control activities leading up to fulfilment of compliance and reporting obligations of the of practices across countries.
- Monitor engagement status, issues and potential risks that can impact engagement.
- Work with global teams to understand the status of the filings for client(s).
- Understand processes and dependencies in meeting obligations of the filings in countries.
- Provide engagement status on a periodic basis highlighting risks and issues and achievements.
- Ability to handle routine tasks with directions and is ready for roles on complex, challenging assignments
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in order to interact effectively with stakeholders around the globe
- Be confident interacting and building relationships at the most senior levels
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality of delivery
- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently
- Language skills: English (proficient). Other global language capabilities will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, be flexible in their approach and open to work in UK shift times if required
- Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required
