This role focuses on developing and implementing innovative, data-driven strategies to attract, assess, and onboard hourly talent at scale. Have a strong background in talent acquisition, expertise in managing large-scale hiring campaigns, and a passion for building a workforce that aligns with our company culture and goals.
Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Recruitment Strategy
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a large pool of qualified hourly candidates.
- Leverage market research to identify hiring trends, competitor benchmarks, and target talent demographics.
- Create campaigns tailored to seasonal and business-specific hiring surges.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through job boards, social media, job fairs, community outreach, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Identify untapped sources of talent, including diverse and underrepresented groups, to meet hiring goals.
- Ensure an efficient and engaging candidate experience by streamlining application processes and maintaining regular communication.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they meet performance goals and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize metrics and analytics to measure the success of recruitment campaigns, track hiring progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Explore innovative tools such as AI-driven sourcing, chatbots, and virtual job fairs to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance and Brand Management
Requisitos:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring campaigns for hourly roles.
- 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for hourly positions, including online and offline methods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive results.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to hourly workforce recruitment.
- Fluent English
