This role focuses on developing and implementing innovative, data-driven strategies to attract, assess, and onboard hourly talent at scale. Have a strong background in talent acquisition, expertise in managing large-scale hiring campaigns, and a passion for building a workforce that aligns with our company culture and goals.


Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Recruitment Strategy
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a large pool of qualified hourly candidates.
  • Leverage market research to identify hiring trends, competitor benchmarks, and target talent demographics.
  • Create campaigns tailored to seasonal and business-specific hiring surges.

  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through job boards, social media, job fairs, community outreach, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Identify untapped sources of talent, including diverse and underrepresented groups, to meet hiring goals.
  • Ensure an efficient and engaging candidate experience by streamlining application processes and maintaining regular communication.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they meet performance goals and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with HR, operations, and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Utilize metrics and analytics to measure the success of recruitment campaigns, track hiring progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Explore innovative tools such as AI-driven sourcing, chatbots, and virtual job fairs to enhance efficiency.
  • Compliance and Brand Management

Requisitos:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring campaigns for hourly roles.
  • 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies for hourly positions, including online and offline methods.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive results.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to hourly workforce recruitment.
  • Fluent English
