Position Overview:
In this role, you will focus on generating high-quality leads, optimizing our sales funnel, leveraging tools and strategies to convert leads into loyal customers, and supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns aligned with the sales strategy. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on data, creativity, and collaboration to drive results that reflect our eco-conscious brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract high-quality leads.
- Set up retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers and boost conversions.
- Continuously identify and experiment with new lead generation channels, audiences, and strategies to optimize lead volume and quality.
- Experience with Sales Navigator is a plus.
Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Analyze and enhance the customer journey from lead generation to conversion, improving key metrics like click-through and conversion rates.
- Build, test, and refine landing pages and lead capture forms to maximize lead quality and reduce conversion barriers.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers through both verbal and written communication, showcasing excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills to build strong connections.
- Develop and execute nurture campaigns to increase conversion rates and re-engage potential customers.
- Reach out to prospective customers to share the services and benefits, using persuasive communication to drive lead-to-sales conversion.
Performance Tracking & Data Analysis (In Collaboration with the Marketing Team:
- Monitor and track KPIs, including CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Use data analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting for the best results.
Sales Support:
- Create sales tools such as pitch decks, email templates, and follow-up sequences to improve lead conversion and streamline sales communications.
Brand Alignment & Customer Experience:
- Ensure all sales and marketing efforts reflect values and brand voice.
- Use customer insights and feedback to continuously refine messaging and strengthen our connection with our target market.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 3+ years in performance marketing, lead generation, or lead nurturing.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems), and A/B testing.
Analytical Mindset:
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights.
Results-Driven:
- Proven success in achieving ROI and meeting KPIs related to lead generation and sales support.
Project Management:
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities.
Communication:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for engaging and persuading customers throughout the sales funnel to achieve lead-to-sales conversion.
