As our Customer Success Manager (CSM) will serve as one of the primary points of contact for all day-to-day activities within the Client Services Team. The CSM will be responsible for establishing a solid and trusted relationship with assigned clients and managing any assigned client relationships. This person will be responsible for providing information and feedback to the operational team as needed in order to safeguard client satisfaction and retention.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience with RCM, have advanced Excel knowledge, and we comfortable working with C-Suite clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship/Management: 40%
  • Client Business Reviews and Meetings: 20%
  • Collaborates with other R1 functions: 35%
  • Document the customer experience in CRM: 5%
  • Works collaboratively across functions to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction related to practice management services, accounts receivable, coding, and all related services.
  • Ensures mutual understanding of goals, objectives and action plans related to client’s revenue and book of business.
  • Participate in the contracting and contract renewal process.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in client services, sales or consulting with clients.
  • 3+ years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
  • Advanced Excel experience: creating pivot tables, formula calculations, etc.
  • Power BI experience and Cerner Soultion knowledge is a plus.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $60,483.00 – $125,383.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
