The Role: We are looking for a Manager of E-Commerce who will report into the Sr. Director of E-commerce and be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to execution and optimization. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, user-centric design, and technical know-how. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, subscription management, experience in developing roadmaps, and a passion for creating impactful digital experiences.

Responsibilities: 

  • Make updates in Shopify related to product templates, pages, discount creation, etc.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines short and long-term initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, growth) to define product requirements.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Conduct A/B tests and CRO initiatives.
  • Responsible for website QA related to product launches, bug fixes, new integrations and all other updates made to the website.
  • Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product development activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Track and report on product performance, using data to inform decision-making.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Gather feedback from users, customers, and internal teams to inform product decisions.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance product adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovations.

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital product management or a related e-commerce role.
  • 2+ years of experience using Shopify.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital products through their lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with engineering and design teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communicator. 
  • Flexibility to adapt and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure program success.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Subscription platform experience is a plus (ReCharge, Stay, Skio, etc).
