As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing marketing funnels, analyzing success through critical metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and scaling impactful campaigns. This position provides an exciting opportunity for a marketer with a passion for transforming strategic concepts into quantifiable results, while also infusing creativity into the marketing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that encompass everything from copywriting and landing page development to email nurturing.
- Oversee the creation and execution of a strategic 90-day marketing calendar that aligns with the company’s objectives and engages our target audience.
- Manage a monthly paid media budget of approximately $100k across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Formulate and execute email marketing strategies to effectively nurture leads and stimulate sales conversations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that marketing efforts are synchronized with revenue targets.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and optimization to maximize conversion rates and attract high-quality leads.
- Partner with the Revenue Operations Manager to validate key performance indicators and provide weekly updates to senior leadership.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated success in performance marketing, with proficiency in paid advertising, email marketing, and data analysis.
- Strong execution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans in a dynamic, results-focused environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities with effective communication skills, fostering collaboration across marketing teams.

- Technologically adept, proficient in platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Excel, with advanced skills in data management and analysis.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage marketing teams, navigating fast-paced environments with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Experience in high-ticket coaching programs is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from (110k to )130k, with potential earnings up to (140k-)160k based on performance.
- Flexible hybrid work environment, allowing for remote work with the option to collaborate in our Austin HQ 2-3 days a week.
