We are seeking a dedicated Internal Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in nurturing a robust organizational culture by articulately conveying our mission and strategic objectives. Your collaboration with HR leaders and various departments will be essential in formulating and executing innovative internal communication strategies that bolster employee engagement and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication plans that resonate with the overall organizational goals.
- Assess and enhance the efficiency of internal communication channels to foster trust in leadership and promote teamwork.
- Produce and oversee a diverse array of communication content, including newsletters, intranet materials, presentations, and video scripts.
- Assist in organizing large-scale events such as town halls and company-wide meetings, overseeing everything from conceptualization to execution.
- Work alongside the social media and media teams to create tailored content that aligns with our strategic priorities.
- Measure and analyze the success of communication initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Author, revise, and finalize communication materials directed toward employees.
- Evaluate employee feedback to ensure clarity and effectiveness in communication efforts.
- Plan and execute internal events designed to foster company culture and engagement.
- Initiate and implement process enhancements for corporate communications.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on strategic development and execution.
- Proven capability to craft clear and impactful messages tailored for varied audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presentation creation and editing.
- Strong grasp of marketing and communications metrics and performance measurement.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and establish relationships across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and gain consensus among stakeholders.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with a collaborative work approach.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video production processes.
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale internal events.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications is preferred.
- Experience within Fortune 500 companies or agencies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
