Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement impactful marketing and branding strategies that resonate with client objectives.
- Drive internal marketing initiatives aimed at fostering business expansion.
- Craft and refine compelling content for digital, print, and social media channels, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage the execution of social media campaigns, website updates, and other digital efforts to enhance online presence.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, offering insights and comprehensive reporting.
- Conduct market research to discern industry trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences.
- Serve as the primary liaison for marketing clients, fostering clear communication and project alignment.
- Anticipate and address client needs, ensuring exemplary customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Marketing & Branding and other internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
- Oversee timelines and keep key stakeholders updated on project progress.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in omnichannel marketing.
- Proven ability to formulate and synchronize marketing strategies with overarching business goals across diverse audiences (B2B, B2C) and channels (email, web, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in account and project management.
- Strategic and conceptual thinking, with a successful track record of leading projects from inception to execution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a creative and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, including Google Analytics, MailChimp, and HubSpot.
- Experience with various social media platforms and content management systems.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Experience within an agency setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
