About the role:

The Manager, Product Operations is a project management role that relies heavily on attention to detail, clear cross-functional communication, and process-oriented thinking. This position will play a vital role in the Global Product team, managing course launch projects for all new courses in the Global business line covering the US, Canada, and Europe. They will closely work with multiple internal teams to track development progress, mediate risks, and ultimately work to ensure timely launches for all first runs of new programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and own new product implementation plans for all Global New and redesign projects.
• Manage and oversee collaboration of internal stakeholders across Product, Partnerships, Design, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure successful and timely project completion and course launch.
• Oversee and drive program launch date approvals based on project progress, adjusting as necessary.
• Act as the source of truth for all project timeline updates to internal teams.
• Support Associate Director, Product Operations to develop strategy and process to ensure scalability of new product development pipeline.
• Identify and mediate risks as they arise within assigned projects. Escalate and solve potential delay risks as they arise to mitigate any delays.
• Attend weekly status meetings and create reports regularly with data from assigned projects.
• Create opportunities for feedback, look for areas of improvement and optimization within current project management processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years Project management experience. Ability to own multiple projects and track them in a fast-paced environment at once.
• Preferred experience working with Wrike and Airtable. The right candidate will be trained if no prior experience.
• Action-oriented and decisive. Comfortable operating and being proactive in conditions of ambiguity.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking. Able to prioritize as organization priorities change.
• Ease working cross-functionally. Able to align information proactively from multiple sources and stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both details and summaries of project updates to internal stakeholders.

Shift : Monday-Friday 2pm to 12am midnight IST shift.
