In this role, you will be instrumental inleading and executing high-impact, complex problems.Key Responsibilities* Manage the evolution of business systems to align with thechanging business model and emerging needs.* Develop product group business process standards to enhance overalloperational efficiency, including the adaptation of AI productivity toolssuch as Microsoft Copilot.* Operations Chief of Staff: Monitor and drive the achievement of productgroup and operational objectives in line with annual operating planscorecard.* Qualify new business systems from selection, through configuration,testing and optimization.* Change Management: Shepherd training and adoption of new businesssystems and associated processes.* Transform product structure and control to an attribute-based hierarchyfor over 30 products to enable automation of product, configuration,quoting, pricing, discount approvals, and asset management.* Data Analytics: Drive a vision for organizing data to enhancedecision-making across all business lines.* Optimize reporting dashboards in partnership with ProductManagement Org for better transparency of business operations.* Partner with Operations team to implement corporate value capturestandards within our software automation products group.* Consult on tool-based Advance Process Control sales for global fabs inpartnership with service and equipment teams.* Support new business models that integrate software products with othergroups, such as the AGS service team, the Digital Tools team, andSemiconductor Product Groups.Requirements & Qualifications* 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus oncross-functional collaboration and delivering complex projects.* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent practicalexperience; MBA is a plus.* Semiconductor industry experience is preferred, with a deep understandingof semiconductor products and processes.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives, influencestakeholders, and manage change effectively.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability towork effectively in a global organization.What We OfferAt Applied, we prioritize the well-being of you and your family.
