What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of new research submissions to ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations
• Monitor, track, and audit research activities across the enterprise for adherence to ethical and legal standards
• Communicate research activity statuses to facilities, leadership, and Research Operations
• Facilitate onboarding and training of research support personnel and medical staff
• Maintain knowledge of research laws and regulations to ensure compliance during audits

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Science, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in coordination, management, or administration of clinical trials and grants in a hospital or academic setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Proficiency in developing educational presentations and writing policies and procedures
• Discretion and mature judgment regarding confidential information

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced degree in healthcare, science, or business
• Experience in auditing, project management, or process improvement
• Knowledge of clinical trial management systems and Medicare billing and coding
• Certification in Research Compliance or related fields
• Ability to interpret scientific and medical text effectively
