Manager Social Impact Programs (Remote)

This role offers an opportunity to shape impactful programs, mentor young changemakers -Gen Z, and expand our reach. As a manager, you will develop and oversee initiatives that amplify citizen engagement and promote sustainable change. The role requires close collaboration with diverse stakeholders—students, educators, policymakers, and nonprofits—to create programs that drive learning, leadership, and advocacy.

The programs

TribesforGOOD has successfully launched programs like the School of Changemakers, TFG Fellowship, Digital Wage & Mobile Banking Workshops, Health Awareness Campaigns, and Youth Leadership Labs. These programs focus on themes such as gender equity, entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, and mental health. We leverage technology and digital tools to deliver impactful interventions across age groups (13-30) and professional demographics. With a focus on experiential learning, our approach blends storytelling, hands-on activities, and practical application.

Role description

The position involves leading multiple workstreams, including:

• Managing TribesforGOOD’s flagship initiatives such as the School of Changemakers, TFG Fellowship, offline workshops. This includes team supervision, partner engagement, and performance management.
• Train the team to run School of Changemakers effectively, manage the TFG fellowship program.
• Expanding TribesforGOOD’s footprint across new regions by customizing existing programs for scalability and inclusivity.
• Creating content and designing curriculum to meet program objectives, ensuring quality standards and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about education, entrepreneurship, and social impact, and who can thrive in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate should possess:

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing, education, social impact, experiential learning, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, and execution.
• A data-driven mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to build partnerships with NGOs, schools, and corporate partners.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design scalable and innovative programs.
• Willingness to travel for program implementation and engagement with stakeholders.
• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree
