This is an exciting opportunity for a driven accounting professional looking to progress into a Manager or Senior Manager role, with long-term potential to become an Equity Partner.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Directors who will mentor you, enhancing your knowledge and skillset. The firm works with high-profile clients, providing challenging yet rewarding opportunities.
As a completely cloud-based firm, they use XERO to streamline workflows, ensuring cutting-edge, efficient accounting practices.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to large multi-entity clients and a small number of SMSF funds.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide clients with strategic advice in areas such as budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring, estate planning, and succession planning.
- Tax Compliance Oversight: Review the tax compliance work from the accountants and offshore teams for various entities, including large group structures.
- Support Directors: Assist in shaping the firm’s strategic direction.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Manage and supervise staff, ensuring efficient workflow, providing reviews, and fostering training and development.
- Market Awareness: Maintain an understanding of market, industry, and competitor trends, with a focus on continuously improving your portfolio.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including drafting proposals and conducting client meetings.

About You
- Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified accountant.
- Experience: Experience in a managerial position or a highly experienced supervisor ready to step into a managerial role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, C-level executives, and high-profile individuals.
- Personal Attributes: Motivated, professional, and service-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
