Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with clients, creative directors, and project managers to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Efficiently schedule and allocate resources to guarantee the timely completion of all video projects.
- Troubleshoot and address any challenges arising throughout the production lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients during video projects, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Manage client expectations with regular updates on project progress, adapting as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Incorporate client feedback into final deliverables effectively.
- Guarantee that all video content aligns with the brand’s messaging and strategic goals.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in video production and advertising to implement innovative techniques.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources, equipment, and crew.
- Ensure that final video products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous review processes.
Required Skills
- Over five years of extensive experience in video production, ideally within the advertising domain.
- Proven track record in leading video production teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- A strong portfolio that showcases diverse video production expertise, including corporate, commercial, and digital media.
- Advanced proficiency in video production software and tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced remote work environment while managing on-site production requirements as necessary.
- Familiarity with both traditional and digital video formats, including social media platforms.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in video production is required.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing multiple production projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if comparable experience can be demonstrated.
