POSITION OVERVIEW
Location: Remote (Nearshore – Latin America Preferred)
We are an integrated marketing agency specializing in financial services. Our unique client service model operates in “tribe wheels,” where each team is led by a strategic account leader. We work with a diverse range of clients, focusing on delivering results-driven marketing solutions.
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Client Success Manager to serve as a client relationship manager across multiple client accounts within the financial services sector. As part of our “tribe wheel,” you will collaborate closely with a Strategic Account Leader and others on tribe to ensure smooth project execution, deadlines are met, and high-quality deliverables are produced for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients to ensure trust, transparency and alignment
- Execution of key strategic deliverable in alignment with Ficomm CX such as marketing audits, reviews and edits of messaging documents, creation of micro-content from original thought leadership etc.
- Creation of client decks, meeting follow up notes and the ability to thoughtfully communicate what’s coming “next” for clients
- Management and oversight of client timelines and deliverables working with execution specialists as needed
- Ongoing client management to ensure clients have an exceptional experience in alignment with Ficomm CX
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience in marketing execution, project management, or related roles.
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and financial services is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and client-facing skills.
- Experience with Outlook, Slack and Project management platforms like Wrike
