Job Description: Marketing and Business Development Intern

PAPAYA PALETTE SOLUTIONS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing and business development.

Position Details

– Stipend: INR 5000-6000 per month

– Work Mode: Work from Home

– Shift Options:

– Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM

– Night Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6 PM – 3 AM

Qualifications

– Fresh graduate with at least a bachelor’s degree

– Basic knowledge of using all social media channels

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Proficiency in MS Office suite

– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest marketing trends

Responsibilities

– Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies

– Create engaging content for various social media platforms

– Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities

– Support the business development team in lead generation and client outreach

– Collaborate with team members on various projects and campaigns

– Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and presentations

– Help organize and coordinate marketing events and initiatives

– Assist in monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics
