As a Marketing and Growth Intern, you’ll work closely with our Business Development and Sales teams to boost brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign and Content Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create content and digital campaigns supporting business development, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Support automated marketing efforts to nurture leads effectively and aid in moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- Market Research: Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies to help inform our approach and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies alongside the sales team.
- Collaborative Strategy and Planning: Participate in cross-functional strategy sessions with the marketing and sales teams, contributing fresh ideas to enhance growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills Required:
- A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Creativity, initiative, and a drive to learn and innovate.
