We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our trading company based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the Digital Marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives, managing social media platforms, and enhancing brand visibility in the competitive market.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our luxury perfume products.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis within the luxury segment.
– Support the management of social media accounts, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to enhance brand presence.
– Coordinate with designers and vendors to develop promotional materials, including brochures, catalogs, and digital content.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
– Help organize and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
– Maintain an organized database of marketing materials and assist in administrative tasks related to the marketing department.
– Assist in managing the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and reflective of current marketing initiatives.
– Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to contribute ideas for innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sector.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO and social media platforms.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
– Experience in product photography is a plus.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, while also being self-motivated and proactive.
– A passion for luxury brands and an understanding of the luxury perfume market.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
