Our products from ticketing, reserved seating and cashless payments have been tested on the biggest of stages.

Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious Marketing Assistant at early stages of their career to grow with us and help achieve our goals.

You’ll be working directly with our Marketing Manager, helping us market and sell our SaaS ticketing software to enterprise organisations worldwide.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Website Management

Oversee key aspects of the website, ensuring it meets quality standards & best practices
Drive performance by meeting traffic and performance goals, while spotting opportunities for improvement
Manage a monthly content calendar across multiple websites

SEO Management

Identify keyword opportunities and create search-optimised content for the website
Take ownership of keyword planner, content and rankings
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Track key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlinks, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz

Copywriting

Write, edit, and proofread text to ensure clarity, engagement, and correct formatting
Write regular content for newsletter, social media, and blogs
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing efforts and communications

Design

Update marketing materials, including website content, presentations, and collateral
Utilise design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually compelling graphics
Assist in creating visual elements for marketing campaigns, landing pages, and product launches, ensuring consistent design across all channels
Organise and manage design files and assets, maintaining a well-structured library for easy access and future use

Communications

Work with the wider team to produce newsletters on a regular basis
Manage social media accounts by creating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers and media outlets to secure coverage in relevant publications
Monitor media coverage and provide reports on PR efforts, assessing their impact on brand reputation and visibility

Lead generation

Manage lead generation campaigns, including list-building, data management, and execution in lead gen platforms
Engage in B2B sales development, prospecting through social media, and email
Keep lead/prospect contact information up to date and manage sales prospecting activities

Skills and quantities we’re looking for

1+ years proven experience in Marketing, preferably with hands on SEO experience
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make decisions
Have a flair for creativity and design
Understanding of the B2B industry, tech background (SaaS) preferred
