What We’re Looking For
Our US client, a brand specializing in products for pet lovers, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support their marketing efforts and assist with operational tasks. This role is essential for turning creative ideas into actionable plans, ensuring smooth project coordination, and maintaining organized workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and prioritize ideas from multiple sources into a centralized system.
- Translate ideas into actionable tasks, track progress, and ensure completion using tools like Trello or Slack.
- Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and campaign coordination across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and creative assets.
- Monitor progress, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Background in e-commerce marketing with knowledge of online sales and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools like monday.com, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must work during Eastern Standard Time hours to align with the founder’s schedule.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the pet industry or a passion for cats
- Advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
