We are seeking a permanent fulltime Marketing Automation & Loyalty Manager to join our friendly and skilled Digital team, to be located in our ANZ Northgate Head Office. 

It’s an exciting time for Metagenics, as we have just launched a new website that supports both D2B and D2C activities. To support this ongoing growth, this newly created appointment will report to the Head of Digital ANZ and develop and implement CRM strategies that improve our customer engagement, retention, and growth. This key appointment to our business success will help shape our digital future by working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our customer lifecycle, create personalized customer journeys, and leverage data insights to drive actionable improvements. This is an excellent opportunity to personally shape and positively impact our approach to customer loyalty, and optimise the overall purchasing experience with Metagenics.

As we enter this new phase of growth, we seek a manager with the ability to challenge, influence, embrace and inspire change.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Lead and develop omni-channel automation journeys and campaigns that are personalised, relevant and optimised, from start to finish, including concept development, execution, and analysis 
  • Develop and execute on a robust AB testing approach, with the goal of proving incremental uplift in our engagement and conversion
  • Lead and own Customer Data, ensuring accurate segmentation and data integrity to deliver targeted, personalized communications
  • Identify high value segments and customers as well as those soon to churn. Lead the development of tactics to grow and retain existing customers
  • Ensure that our Metagenics customer database continues to grow with best practice and creative opt-in opportunities, whilst ensuring that customer opt-in preferences are complied with, and database integrity is optimally maintained
  • Play a lead role in the launch of our multi-brand loyalty program, and liaise with key stakeholders as a subject matter expert, providing insights on loyalty best practices
  • Analyse the performance of campaigns and customer insights across all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain ways of working, ensuring documentation of business rules for team briefing, stakeholder approvals process, data verification, testing, and deployment activities. 
  • Consult on and support the integration of Dot Digital and Dynamics 365 CRM with other platforms in our tech stack and stay updated on new platform developments and releases

Skills and Experience

  • A Degree in marketing, communication, or related disciplines- essential
  • Mature experience gained within a CRM/Marketing Automation role, preferably with both D2C and B2B experience
  • Experience within campaign creation and management – ideally with experience in Martech platforms
  • Experience with Dot Digital, Shopify and Yotpo- highly regarded
  • A strong grasp of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices
