AIRS has demonstrated unparalleled deep learning technology in MR image reconstruction, consecutively winning 2019 and 2020 fastMRI Challenge hosted by Facebook AI Research (FAIR) and NYU Langone Health. This SwiftMR technology is a standalone software solution that enables up to 50% MRI scan time reduction without compromising image quality and has successfully been commercialized in Korea and the US market.
With the recent acquisition of AI-robotics-based startup, Artiq, AIRS aims to further solidify its unique market position of diagnostic efficiency as well as its monopoly of top-notch talents in AI and robotics. Artiq brings to AIRS a new product, AIIV, a venipuncture automation robot. The prototype is ready to undergo clinical trials in summer 2024 in Korea, with commercial launch targeted for the end of 2024, which will be the first commercialization of its kind in the world.
AIRS has finalized a $20 million Series C fundraising stage last July. The accumulated total of funds raised to date is approx. $45 million.
The role is responsible for developing marketing strategy and tactics for AIRS Medical’s solutions to reach and succeed in the EMEA regional market. The role will align with the global marketing theme and philosophy built by AIRS Medical HQ, while also being responsible for tailoring the design and messaging to fit the regional market. Marketing activities will include in-person exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and also digital marketing and media. This role will report directly to the Director of Global Marketing, while being part of a cross-functional team of Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and Research Collaborations. Regular interactions and collaboration with colleagues is necessary to ensure success.
Requirements
🚩Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning and managing marketing initiatives (ex: in-person events and digital marketing) to ensure product and company exposure
- Collaborate with marketing, business development and sales teams to develop market-appropriate value propositions, product positioning and messaging
- Ensure legal and regulatory approval of marketing materials prior to release
- Ensure that regional marketing campaign aligns with the global marketing plan and collaborate with regional marketing on selecting the appropriate product strategies in the region
🎯Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a role related to healthcare marketing
- Ability to generate key messages for product commercialization based on market and customer insights
- Hands-on experience with planning and executing conferences and tradeshows (15+ events in EMEA each year)
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media
- Clear and inspirational people-skills towards customers as well as cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management & prioritization skills that get things done
- Willingness to travel across the country and communicate with teammates around the globe
- Must be located in the EU
- Fluent in English and German
🏅Preferred Experiences (Nice To Have)
- 1+ years experience in engineering or sales position, other than marketing
- Experience with AI and/or radiology-focused product/company/industry
- Familiarity with working in a startup environment & culture
- Innate craving for innovating how we think and work – to challenge processes, develop new ideas, and execute them
