Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing various campaigns and initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively promote our products and services in the market. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. We are an HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company providing services in 4 different locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Manage content updates on the company website and social media.
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Create engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Design promotional materials and graphics.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Support product management by coordinating product launches and promotional activities.

Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency in website management and updates.
• Excellent research skills to gather market insights and data.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
• Familiarity with sales processes and product management is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
