Marketing Copywriter (Remote)

We are seeking an amazing Marketing Copywriter to:

write short, snappy and on-brand copy for B2B and B2C businesses via marketing platforms, including email, SMS, web notifications, pop ups, organic social, paid social, PPC ads, paid search, etc.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience writing copy for: social media, paid ads, email marketing, particularly for B2C

· Proven experience as a copywriter or related role (agency or in-house acceptable)

· Knowledge of online content strategy and creation

· Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

· Strong research skills

· Creativity

· Collaborative spirit

· Excellent time-management and organizational skills

· BSc/BA in marketing, English, journalism, communications, or related field

· Based in US/native English speaker

Preferred requirements:

· Experience writing copy for: websites (not SEO or blog copy), SMS, desktop notifications, other marketing materials, other ads

· B2B copywriting experience

Responsibilities:

· Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice

· Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements

· Collaborate with designers, strategists, and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)

· Conduct high-quality research when needed

· Edit and proofread copy as needed

· Source images and other content
