Marketing Data Operations Manager (Remote)

The Marketing Data Operations Manager will manage and optimize the data and processes that underpin our marketing programs. This individual will work closely with the marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of data across platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong technical skills in marketing automation and analytics tools.

In this role you will…

• Oversee data integrations between marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify data needs and streamline data collection processes.
• Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data governance, ensuring a high level of accuracy and reliability.
• Support the marketing team in executing data-driven strategies and initiatives, adapting to changing market conditions.
• Train team members on tools and best practices in data operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You Have What It Takes If You Have…

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or data analysis, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Marketo, Validity, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and experience with data integrations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Should posses strong business acumen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
