Marketing Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that support our marketing and branding efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development:
• Create engaging designs for digital and print marketing materials, such as social media graphics, email templates, brochures, advertisements, landing pages, and presentations.
• Brand Management:
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring visuals align with company standards and voice.
• Campaign Collaboration:
• Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and product launches.
• User-Centric Design:
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, attractive visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
• Asset Management:
• Organize and maintain a repository of design assets, including templates, icons, and photography.
• Data Visualization:
• Design infographics, charts, and diagrams to visually communicate complex ideas and data in an accessible format.
• Trend Monitoring:
• Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and industry standards to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• Proven work experience (2+ years) as a Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• A portfolio showcasing your creative work, especially in marketing or branding projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Cloud) and tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and solutions.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to perform repetitive motions and sit at a computer for extended periods.
• General office environment with occasional domestic and international travel based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
