Description and Requirements

As a Marketing Director, you will lead Lenovo’s marketing activities in Middle East and Africa, on the consumer, retail and commercial PC markets, and ensure the promotion of laptops, desktops, All-in-One, tablets, smart devices or ARVR. It is also expected that you will work seamlessly and collaboratively with other business units within Lenovo to leverage the oneness of the organization.

As the Marketing Director, you will be required to work in close coordination with the various sales division directors and their teams, as well as the product managers, addressing both end customers (global, general public, business and public sector, and Mid-market) and the sales channel to define the campaigns necessary for the development of the brand on each target. You will also work with the EMEA marketing organization.

What will be your detailed responsibilities?

Develop awareness of the Lenovo brand in the consumer and commercial market.

Defining the territory’s marketing plan by integrating the global strategy and adapting it to the local market.

Managing marketing activities in the country to present the Lenovo PC product line to end customers and to Lenovo distribution channel partners.

Setting up and leading marketing programs aimed at end customers, from large accounts to small and medium enterprises, and manage the channel programs.

Measuring the return on investment of each activity

Organization

In this role, you will report to the VP & GM for Middle East, Turkiye and Africa and will be part of the leadership team. You will also lead a team, managing all marketing activities across the region.

What will you bring?

10+ years of experience in Marketing

Strong leadership skills with 4+ years of leadership experience dealing with senior stakeholders

Experience and deep understanding of digital marketing

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent

Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences

Proven ability to navigate through complex challenges, dealing with ambiguity, business acumen, effective budget management and building effective teams
