Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a company dedicated to supporting senior living communities by assisting seniors with the relocation process to their new homes. The company helped created the senior relocation industry and provides a white glove service to make the transition as easy and stress free as possible.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of a compelling multi channel content strategy. This includes creating innovative campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement. The role requires strong communication skills to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, newsletters, and templates.
• Create and manage social media campaigns, sales drip campaigns, blog posts, and email newsletters.
• Translate complex concepts into intuitive visuals and concise messaging.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive branding and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, intuitive language.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe or similar design platforms.
• Self-starter with strong project management and strategic planning skills.
• Technical savvy and adaptability to learn new software and tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with SEO strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools to optimize content creation and marketing processes.
