Opportunity

One of the main ways we create valuable dialog with existing customers and prospects is via in-person events. This includes a variety of venues from sponsorship of large trade shows to hyper-local field and partner events. In each of these, it is critical that Radiant show up as powerful, authoritative and innovative, creating thought-provoking value for the audience. This position is critical to our strategy and success in all these venues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a calendar of all company events, in partnership with marketing, sales and product stakeholders
• Look after all aspects of planning field/partner events from selection/negotiation to speaker selection, signage and swag to coordination of lead follow-through
• Manage logistics including shipping, lodging and campaign setup in marketing tracking/lead management tools.
• Work with sales team to develop and execute any relevant pre-event activities and post-event follow up.
• Stay current with field marketing trends through trade publications, analyst reports, blogs and other relevant media.
• Research and evaluate industry events for possible participation.
• Work to integrate events into Account Based Marketing and demand-generation campaigns and track their progress and ROI.
• Travel required 20-30%.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a Marketing Events professional with strong leadership, operations and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of events management experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and highly collaborative team environment.
• Independent thinker and ability to execute a high-level strategic direction and achieve desired objectives and results.
• Outstanding operational and organizational capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communications skills.

Nice to have:

• A knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation systems (such as Pardot).

Location

This is a remote position, but travel is required for events 20%-30%.
