Eu Yan Sang (HK) Ltd is now looking for a high caliber candidate in the following position:

What YOU’ll do:
Implement CRM initiatives to develop and implement CRM campaigns, engagement programs, repurchase and upsell journeys across retail shops & eShop; work closely with internal teams and frontline to ensure campaigns implemented effectively.

Prepare reports for member profile analysis, CRM campaign results and to retrieve data for internal stakeholders to understand the customers’ patterns and trends.

Work with IT & other partners for system development and enhancement across all CRM related system and UAT management.

Execute member daily & annual housekeeping project to cleanse and standardise data in the CRM system regularly.

Support festive and seasonal marketing campaign on online and offline material development and production.

Track Retail Marketing campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with business insight.

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

What YOU’ll need:
Degree / Higher Diploma holder in any relevant disciplines.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Retail / FMCG business, clerical and secretarial work experience will be considered, experience in TCM pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a team player – able to work and collaborate with cross-departments to achieve the business results.

Independent, responsible, proactive, with can-do attitude and pleasant personality.

Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing. Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.

Candidates with exposure in CRM will be an advantage.

Fresh graduate will also be considered.
