We are a leading trading platform recognized for our cutting-edge technology and dedication to client service We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to elevate our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. This role requires strong project management skills, creative and detail-oriented thinking, effective communication with both internal teams and external vendors, and hands-on execution of strategic marketing plans to attract and retain clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing, preferably within the finance industry.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing market share, client acquisition, and retention.
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and project coordination.
- Coordinate with cross-department teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing projects.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing materials, including websites, promotional campaigns, events, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience Job Holder should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the finance industry.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce and GA4, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the finance industry is an advantage.
