**Job Summary:**

We’re in search of a driven Sales and Marketing Intern to bolster our sales and marketing teams, spearheading growth initiatives and amplifying our market presence. This position provides invaluable hands-on experience within the EdTech industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

1. **Market Research and Analysis:**

– Conduct in-depth market research and analyze emerging trends.

– Assist in crafting customer profiles and competitor assessments.

2. **Sales Support:**

– Generate leads and maintain CRM systems for streamlined communication.

– Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals.

3. **Marketing Campaigns:**

– Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

– Craft engaging content for social media and digital platforms.

– Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful reports.

4. **Customer Engagement:**

– Actively promote our products through various channels to drive engagement.

– Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support during events.

5. **Collaboration and Coordination:**

– Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of efforts.

– Offer creative input and uphold consistent brand messaging.

6. **Administrative Support:**

– Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to budget tracking efforts.

**Qualifications:**

– Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (especially in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field).

– Strong passion for the EdTech and education sectors.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.

– Basic understanding of CRM and analytics tools is advantageous.

– Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
