Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive the growth, engagement, and success of our community of high-skilled immigrants. This role is ideal for someone with a strong marketing background who thrives on building meaningful connections, driving impactful campaigns, and fostering a mission-driven community. With a focus on growth, content strategy, and data-driven insights, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our community and ensuring it delivers maximum value to members.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Growth & Engagement: Lead efforts to grow our current community of 750+ paying members to 5000+ within the next year, fostering meaningful connections and enhancing member engagement.

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content and communication strategy that resonates with high-skilled immigrants, offering them valuable insights, success stories, and resources.

• Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase community awareness and attract new members through various channels (email, social media, paid ads, etc.).

• Event Planning: Organize virtual and in-person events to facilitate networking, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within the community.

• Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to measure community health, engagement, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams (sales, operations, legal, and product) to ensure the community aligns with our broader mission of helping immigrants secure talent visas.

• Salary of 12,00,000 INR/annum (Base: 10,00,000 + Biannual bonus: 2,00,000)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing and growing online communities.
• Proven success in scaling communities to thousands or tens of thousands of members.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media management, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with community-building tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, Discord, Mighty Networks).
• Passionate about immigration and helping others achieve their professional goals.
