Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation initiatives that attract new leads and nurture existing contacts, fostering sales-ready opportunities.
- Oversee and prioritize campaign activities across various channels, including email automation, content syndication, webinars, PPC, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize and disseminate content and messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve strategies based on data analysis.
- Manage the everyday use of the Marketing Automation platform and other critical marketing technologies.
- Control project budgets while regularly reporting on customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on investment (ROI).
- Work with internal teams to ensure the alignment of lead generation objectives across departments.
- Manage the corporate website, collaborating with agencies and vendors to enhance conversions and SEO.
- Contribute to the creation, review, and publication of various marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, landing pages, and blogs.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in executing digital-centric, cross-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in an enterprise software or B2B SaaS environment.
- A data-driven marketing approach with a demonstrated history of successful execution in email, SEO, PPC, and social channels.
- Proficiency with leading Marketing Automation platforms (like HubSpot or Marketo) alongside Salesforce.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to manage email nurture programs, as well as familiarity with PPC campaigns, including ad copy and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign outcomes, generate reports, and leverage data to guide decision-making.
- Solid project management capabilities, with experience managing budgets and meeting tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and technologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
