Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead the planning, development, and execution of impactful marketing strategies for ImpactCE. This position is crucial for driving growth, elevating brand visibility, and broadening strategic partnerships through focused marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are in sync with overall business priorities.
- Oversee multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, such as email, social media, and SEO, to increase engagement and sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance brand positioning.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to strengthen the brand’s competitive stance.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, particularly in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
- A dedicated home office or work environment.
- At least 12 months of full-time remote work experience.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or related sectors.
