With a recent $70M investment and ongoing organic growth, we are eager to expand our talented workforce and are in search of a dedicated Marketing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline and refine end-to-end marketing processes for campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in marketing operations.
- Oversee and optimize the lead flow process between marketing and sales.
- Ensure operational excellence of forms across platforms such as Pardot, UnBounce, and WordPress.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and update campaign tracking and attribution models in Salesforce.
- Manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring integration and effective utilization of tools.
- Maintain high standards of data governance to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain global live dashboards for reporting on marketing and sales activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns with the marketing team.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data management practices and compliance standards.

Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of (100,000-)110,000, commensurate with experience. Our extensive benefits package includes:
