The Recruiting Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining paid marketing campaigns for both Drivers and Carriers to achieve new user acquisition targets via lead generation initiatives.

The day-to-day duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage job board advertising campaigns to ensure application volumes and key cost-per-metrics are achieved (cost-per-application, cost-per-hire, LTV:CAC).
  • Creation and management of supplemental paid campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) to achieve driver lead targets
  • Maintain a strong understanding of supply and demand through internal reporting and cross-department relationships to ensure optimal driver and carrier pipelines.
  • Strategize and test new channels to hit weekly lead gen targets.
  • Rigorous A/B & multi-variant testing to determine what combination of ad copy, job descriptions, and landing pages experience generates the best conversion rates and downstream results.
  • Report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics from cost per lead/cost per MQL to downstream cost per hire. Turn insights into actions to form new test ideas against key KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing, product, recruiting, and data teams to ensure a cohesive user journey.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a general marketing or paid marketing role

  • Experience working in a ‘hiring at scale’ lead generation marketing role.
  • Experience with job board advertising and or programmatic job board partners (Appcast, Joveo, Recruitics, etc.).
  • Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
  • A/B & Multi-variant testing across ad copy and landing pages
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
