In this role, you will help us amplify our brand presence, connect with our target audience, and drive marketing initiatives that lead to tangible business results.

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that support Good Housing’s mission and growth objectives. This role will involve working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to create, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing within the disability, housing, or related sectors, with a strong ability to manage both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Good Housing’s goals and objectives. This will include digital marketing, content creation, brand development, and lead generation. 
• Content Creation & Brand Development: Develop compelling content for various marketing channels (website, social media, email, brochures, etc.), ensuring alignment with Good Housing’s brand voice and mission. Manage brand consistency and enhance the visibility of Good Housing across all touchpoints.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to better understand the needs and preferences of target audiences. Use data to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee the management and optimisation of Good Housing’s digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Ensure best practices are followed to maximize digital reach and engagement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors as needed.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses and report on budget performance.
• Reporting & Analytics: Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance using KPIs and analytics tools. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer, and provides regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress of marketing initiatives.
• Event & Partnership Management: Coordinate and support events, webinars, and partnerships that align with Good Housing’s objectives, including speaking engagements, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
